Phil ManningFounder and Principal ConsultantPhil started Northeast Land Management, LLC back in 2009. The purpose was to continue his passion for land management, particularly as a forestry consultant. The company has since expanded into wildlife management and agricultural conservation under his leadership and desire for environment sustainability.
He holds degrees in wildlife management and forest biometrics from Penn State University. In addition, he is a Certified Forester with the Society of American Foreters, a Registered Technical Service Provider for forestry and wildlife in Pennsylvania with the USDA-NRCS and a certified pesticide applicator.

Scott WaltonDirector of Field OperationsScott has been in the agricultural business his entire life. As a practicing farmer, he knows how important conservation can be not only in agriculture but also in natural resource management. Scott leads the field operations and directs the day to day implementation of resource conservation practices.
